The Services Department handles referrals for members, connecting them with products, meeting venues, and services required by visiting groups. Additionally, a Choose Member employee often staffs a visitor information booth at major conventions and events, providing direct assistance and support to attendees.
The Choose Lansing® Member eNewsletter is a monthly digital communication to members containing Choose Lansing® and local hospitality news, upcoming member events, a regional convention calendar, and much more.
Available within the Choose Lansing® Partner Portal on www.lansing.org, the calendar is a twelve-month-plus, exclusive listing of conferences, conventions, trade shows and special events scheduled in the Greater Lansing area.
