The Greater Lansing Convention & Visitors Bureau is proud to bring this exciting certification program to our region. The program strives to inspire and motivate our front-line employees and volunteers to turn every visitor encounter into a positive experience! Utilize your skills to make each and every visitor feel like they belong here and help in making Greater Lansing a home away from home!  

Become a CTA

For $20 participants take a half-day course and an open book exam to become a CTA. This well-recognized designation comes with a stylized lapel pin and a lot of new-found pride in the region.

All classes will be located at the Greater Lansing CVB offices, located at 500 E. Michigan Ave.  Ste 180. Free parking is available in the back of the building that can be accessed from both Cedar & Larch Streets. Light refreshments are provided at each class.
