Lansing Liederkranz

The Liederkranz is a German social club and is Michigan’s oldest ethic club established in 1868. (And certainly one of the nation's oldest continuously operating clubs). Approximately 22% of Michiganders claim German heritage (17% nationwide).
Who wouldn't enjoy some good German food, beer, a great polka and gemütlichkeit (friendly good cheer)?

The Lansing Liederkranz continues, 156 years strong with both membership and public events where everyone of all ages and ethnicities are welcome like at the monthly dinner/dances, annual salad luncheon, rummage sales and craft and bake sales. There is also event space available for private parties with seating for up to 200, a kitchen, fully stocked bar and a great dance floor with a stage for bands or DJs.
