Lansing Art Gallery announces selected artists to exhibit in the Governor's Residence. Selected artists passed a selection process, with the final choices of artwork being that of Governor Jennifer M. Granholm and First Gentleman Daniel G. Mulhern. Artists will be invited to attend a reception at the residence.

The following artists were selected statewide for inclusion in the program: Ellen L. Armstrong, Neal C. Batie, Linda J. Beeman, Arnold Berkman, Doug DeLind, George Crow, John Diephouse, Joel F. Ellis, Cindy Evans, Christina Gola, Jana Hanka, Martha Hart, Elizabeth?Ivy Hawkins, Tony Hendrick, Deena Hodson, Andrea Jeris, Raymond Kopen, Jessica Kovan, Jane Kramer, Lee J. Kronenberg, Nancy M. Kronenberg, Sue Long, Mark E. Mehaffey, Daniel P. McCarthy, Bria G. Mingus, Linda L. Moore, Paul Nehring, Cymbre Peterson, Donald E. Pixley, Zahrah Resh, Nicolette Rose, Steve Scarborough, Brenda Sipe, Michael Maurer Smith, Thomas Thomasek, Rex Tower, and David Trierweiler.

Lansing Art Gallery, in collaboration with the Governor's Residence Michigan Artists Program, brings artwork into the public areas of the Lansing Governor's Residence, including the Living Room, Dining Room, Garden Room, and outdoor spaces. Exhibited artwork will be available for sale during the exhibit. The exhibit, lasting one year, will end in August of 2011.
