Groesbeck Golf Course

Hours of Operation: Tee Times from 9 AM – 5 PM starting April 19th. Longer hours throughout the season.

The following "Social Distancing Guidelines" are required for all golfers:

  • Please stay home if you're sick.
  • Please always keep 6 ft social distancing throughout the day on the course.
  • While in the clubhouse a mask must be worn at all times and please adhere to the 6 ft markings.
  • Golf carts are sanitized and have a two person limit with the option of personal carts if available for an additional $7.
  • No tournaments at this time.
  • Social activities are permitted with proper social distancing.
  • No handshaking between golfers and staff.
  • No Food or Beverage consumption will be permitted in the clubhouse, only as takeout onto the course.
  • Two (2) Golfers are permitted to use the clubhouse restroom at a time.
  • Restrooms/door handles/counters will be cleaned according to County Health Department/CDC recommendations. Doors will be propped open weather dependent.
  • Please avoid sharing golf course accessories, such as tees, ball markers, divot tools, pencils.
  • Please enter and exit through the appropriately designated doors.
  • Flagstick will be secured to the cup, please avoid touching and removing the flagsick.

College Fields

We are happy to be able to provide a venue for outdoor recreation, however, safety remains our main priority at this time. Please follow all recommended CDC social distancing policies including putting distance between other players and staff. Face masks must be worn in our clubhouse at all times.

  • All carts are sanitized after each use and after nightly cleaning. Single rider carts are available for an additional cost.
  • All players must always retain 6 feet of space between others.
  • The flag stick shall remain in the hole at all times and no on should touch the flag stick for any reason.
  • All players are asked to refrain from congregating at any time in the following areas.
    • Tee boxes, putting greens and parking lot.
  • No player is permitted to enter the golf shop areas.

*Guidelines for Eagle Eye, Hawk Hollow, Timber Ridge and Woodside.

  • The pro shops at Eagle Eye, Hawk Hollow and Timber Ridge are now open and limited to a capacity of 10 people at one time.
  • Beverage carts are running and the grills at all 3 courses will be open for food service by FRIDAY JUNE 26th.
  • Power carts will be allowed for use on the course with restrictions. Staff at the golf shop will outline restrictions upon check in. Personal pull carts will still be allowed. Golf carts will be cleaned and sanitized after every use following a strict cleaning procedure recommended by the NGCOA.
  • Practice ranges are open at all facilities.
  • Online payment is available at Book A Tee Time or you can pay at the course at a “Contactless Payment Station”
