Membership and Community Outreach Manager

Melissa Nay joined Choose Lansing^TM in September 2018. She is the Membership and Community Outreach Manager. She is responsible for all of the Choose Lansing^TM members, teaches the Certified Tourism Ambassador program, and is involved in many other community relations through Choose Lansing^TM. 

She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Communication from Michigan State University and is a Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA).
