Founder Tom Mortimer of Le Cadeau Vineyard, Chehalem, Oregon, will join us for a fall harvest wine dinner. The winery's spirit of collaboration and teamwork flows through every bottle they produce with a strong focus on microfarming to cultivate the very best out of their land. They craft each wine with care and give particular attention to the soil and topography. This five-course dinner will also feature the bountiful goods from the Bailey Green House & Urban Farm and MSU Student Organic Farm.
