Summer’s approaching fast which means time to watch out for your favorite seasonal beer. Saturday, April 6th is national New Beer’s Eve, leading us into New Beer day on Sunday, April 7th, in honor of the day that the Cullen-Harrison Act was signed to eventually repeal the Eighteenth Amendment, ending prohibition. Celebrations occur around the country as seasonal beers are released signaling the start to summer sipping.
At Lansing Brewing Company, the celebration of beer never stops. You can get a little bit of everything there: great food, great atmosphere, and great beer. With windows for viewing the brew kettles and wide open spaces for large parties, LBC creates a casual atmosphere perfect for watching the big game or chatting over one of their four signature core beers.
The only thing left is the perfect pairing to your favorite brew. Their menu expands from delicious vegan pasta all the way to a custom blend of beef for their burgers, allowing just about anyone you bring to find something they’ll love. Even better, live music every weekend creates an upbeat atmosphere everyone can enjoy. This Saturday, April 6th, Chris Canas will perform.
To learn even more about LBC, you can check out our restaurant video series below. We got a chance to talk with Joshua Moyer, their head chef, about signature beers, special burgers, and their continuously growing menu.
