LANSING, Mich.-- The Greater Lansing Convention and Visitors Bureau (GLCVB) is pleased to
announce it has hired Maria Wygnal as Marketing Communications Coordinator, Karen Sanders as
Administrative Assistant, Polly Brickey as Executive Assistant and promoted current staffer Kristina
Kauffman to the position of Visitor Services Coordinator.
Wygnal holds a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising from Michigan State University and brings tourism
experience to the position as a former marketing specialist with Travel Michigan. Sanders comes to the
GLCVB with significant destination marketing experience after 12 years with the Pasadena, California
Convention Bureau. Brickey was most recently with Ingham Regional Medical Center and will serve as
assistant to the CEO. Kauffman has been with the GLCVB since 2006 and was most recently an
administrative assistant for the organization.

Kristina," said Lee Hladki, President and CEO of the GLCVB. "Our support staff is critical to our
organization's role of promoting Greater Lansing as a travel destination and I feel these new individuals
will prove to be real assets to the team."
The Greater Lansing Convention & Visitors Bureau seeks to positively impact the economic well being of
