Greater Lansing Convention and Visitors Bureau Photo Gallery Terms of Use

• All images included in the Photo Gallery are available at no charge to the media for use in promoting the region as a travel destination in travel-related publications and/or articles, or to event planners for use in promoting a convention, meeting or tour in the region.
• Advertising and commercial use is strictly prohibited (i.e., display ads, websites, marketing materials promoting a specific company or project, broadcast productions, etc.), unless prior arrangements have been made with an authorized Bureau representative. Failure to obtain permission prior to use in advertising materials may result in fees and/or punitive damages assessed by the photographer(s) or the GLCVB. Each individual request will be considered, so please do not hesitate to contact the Marketing Communications department of the GLCVB.
• All downloadable images are intended for one-time use and are the property of the Greater Lansing Convention and Visitors Bureau. Images may not be copied, distributed or used for any purpose other than those stated above.
• A photo credit is required whenever an image is used from the Gallery and should be placed adjacent to the photo. At minimum, the credit should read "Photo courtesy of Greater Lansing Convention and Visitors Bureau," unless otherwise noted.
• It is also requested that the user provide the Greater Lansing Convention and Visitors Bureau with three free copies of each publication or other printed materials in which the photograph(s) appears.
