Little Star is sad because he has no planets of his own, so he sets out on a quest to find some. Along the way he encounters an assortment of fascinating characters which include Big Daddy, a red giant star; Pearl, a bright white star; Mr. Globular Cluster, and many more. Although the show is aimed at children preschool through grade 2, the information and humor appeal to wide range of ages.
