The Meridian Township Parks and Recreation is excited to announce the fireworks celebration on New Year's Eve. An early-evening launch of 8:30 p.m. will help make for a family-friendly event. Fireworks will be ignited from Central Park South, located near the Okemos Post Office. The best viewing areas are located on the north side of the Meridian Mall and the Township Municipal Complex.
