If we had to pick one month as our favorite of the year, June would definitely be a contender. Why, you ask? Oh, let’s see…it has the longest list of festivals, you can finally enjoy warm-weather attractions like the Lansing River Trail, there is an outdoor concert almost every day, etc., etc. Take advantage of this eventful month and add a few of these summer festivals to your calendar.

Whether you’re looking to keep the kids busy over Spring Break or trying secure reservations for Easter brunch, you’ll find these options and plenty of other things to do in Lansing this month.

There’s something absolutely magical about Lansing’s Silver Bells in the City. It’s a whirlwind combination of a whole bunch of my favorite things, Nothing I like better than a festive parade, spectacular fireworks, the illumination of Michigan’s official Christmas tree and a ton of live music.
What a great problem I have this summer. I have more events that I want to go to than I have time.
