There are 17 national wine days throughout the year—that's a lot of great excuses to celebrate wine in Greater Lansing! We've listed out some of the area's best spots to sip wine. Be sure to head down to the bottom of this list for wine related events!

Unique Spots

Downtown Social District

The newest thing to head to Greater Lansing are social districts. Patrons are now allowed to grab a drink from nearby restaurants and bars and sip, stroll or enjoy it al fresco (as long as you are within certain designated boundaries of the district). Downtown Lansing's district includes Rotary Park's urban beach, with tons of colorful seating and a place to dip your toes in the sand while you sip on some wine. You can grab a glass at the nearby MP Social, who offers Wine Wednesdays, or at Lansing Brewing Company, whose wine is made exclusively for them.

Don't miss the Afterglow Market every Friday evening, now until September 3, 2021.

REO Town Social District

The vibrant, artsy neighborhood of REO Town is also a designated social district. You can grab a glass at Sleepwalker Spirits and Ale, where their wine is produced on-site as well as fresh sandwiches, pizza and a Pasta Vino Wednesday special. Stroll REO Town's unique shopping district with your glass and find murals, art installations and many places to stop and chill.

Don't miss REO Town Marketplace which features over 9,000 sq. feet of one-of-a-kind shopping.
