Its How-To Halloween and youre going to really dig this. If you like to pull out all the stops making the outside of your house look like the neighborhood haunted house, put on a kickin holiday party, or just happen to L. O. V. E. making your own zombie costumes and everything else that comes with Halloween, then you better get yourself to How-To Halloween at the Lansing Center. Its just one day this Saturday from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. You will find multiple vendors and how-to demonstrations that will inspire you to create some creepy and super cool costumes and decorations. Demonstrations and exhibits will feature animatronics, makeup, and so much more. Think of it as a Halloween expo combining the maker movement, innovation, and the do-it-yourself spirit. Its a family-friendly event, and participants are highly encouraged to come in costume. You dont want to feel out of place, do you? Plus youll go home with the best ideas to blow everyones mind on the upcoming holiday. And, as an added bonus you can join the Downtown Lansing Zombie Walk that starts on the steps of the Capitol at noon and makes its way down Michigan Avenue to spill into the Lansing Center.
