Greater Lansing CVB Offers "Guide on the Go" Custom Mobile Application
LANSING, Mich. - The Greater Lansing Convention & Visitors Bureau (GLCVB) is pleased to introduce the Greater Lansing mobile app, available for your iPhone or Blackberry. Download the FREE interactive Greater Lansing app to discover hundreds of listings for attractions, dining, festivals and events, accommodations, shopping and more!
This location aware travel guide lets you plan a customized tour complete with interactive mapping technology. Use the "Nearby Me" feature to see listings of things to do, current events, dining, shopping, etc. that are closest to your location. Share your experiences and photos to social networks while on the go. Browse the live Twitter feeds to read reviews and get the latest happenings in Michigan's Capital City! Visitors and residents alike will find this app appealing for navigating the region.

Individuals with an iPhone can locate the Greater Lansing app in the iTunes store and download for free. Users with a Blackberry may download the file from www.lansing.org. All other smart phone users can utilize the new mobile site at http://m.lansing.org/. The GLCVB anticipates having an app available for Droid users in the fall. The mobile app was created through a partnership between the GLCVB and Discover Anywhere Mobile.
